Who is responsible

This site and its email newsletter are operated by IE Ilya Gopsha (ИП Гопша И.С.), registered in the Republic of Belarus under registration number 193278042, registered by the Minsk City Executive Committee. Postal address: ul. Voronyanskogo 42-10, Minsk 220007, Belarus. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your email address, the site you subscribed from, the date of your subscription, and your browser's user-agent string. We also store a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address — not the address itself — as a record that consent was given.

We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. The site sets no cookies of its own. The only third-party resource loaded is Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on the page.

Why we collect it

Your email address is used for one purpose: to send you the newsletter you asked for. The subscription record exists so we can demonstrate, if asked, that you opted in. We do not sell, rent, or share your address with third parties.

Confirmed opt-in

Subscribing is a two-step process. After you submit your address we send one email asking you to confirm. Until you click that link, nothing further is sent. If you did not request the subscription, ignoring that email is enough — the unconfirmed record expires on its own.

Unsubscribing

Every email contains an unsubscribe link that works in one click, without logging in or explaining yourself. You can also write to [email protected] and we will remove you.

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed subscriptions expire after seven days. Confirmed subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe we retain a record of the unsubscribe itself, so that you are not added again by mistake.

Who processes the data

Subscriber records are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Outgoing email is sent through Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon Web Services). Incoming email to our contact address is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing. These providers process the data on our behalf and under their own terms.

Your rights

You may ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will respond. If you are in the EU or UK and believe we have handled your data improperly, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the revision date below will change and, where the change affects how we use your address, we will say so in the newsletter itself.
